Refund & Cancellation

At Opacity Studio, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of dress materials and ethnic wear. Please read our cancellation, return, and refund guidelines carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped or dispatched. To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
• After Dispatch: Once we ship and hand over an order to our logistics/courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. Instead, it will be subject to our Return Policy upon delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Dress Materials)

We offer a 5-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the following strict conditions:

• Eligibility Requirements:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and free of any alterations or damage.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and the invoice/proof of purchase must be intact.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Products that have been custom-stitched, altered, or processed upon your request are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items purchased during clearance or final markdown sales.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong design or colour mismatch), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Tip: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package to easily claim replacements for transit damage or missing items.

3. Return Shipping & Convenience Fees

• Return Charges: Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent), a standard reverse shipping / handling convenience fee may be deducted from your final refund amount, or shipping costs for returning the item must be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

• Once your returned item is received at our facility and passes our internal quality check:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to you in 3 to 7 business days.
