• Product Representations: We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of our dress materials as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, or fabric dye lots.
• Pricing: All prices listed are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes (such as GST, where applicable) will be applied as per government regulations.
• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

• An order is officially confirmed once accepted by Opacity Studio and payment arrangements are finalised (via UPI, bank transfer, or applicable payment methods).
• For local same-day parcel deliveries (via Ola, Uber, or Rapido), delivery charges are settled as Pay at Drop-off directly with the rider.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Deliveries are processed in accordance with our Shipping Policy (including same-day local parcel delivery or Indian Speed Post for outstation orders). Opacity Studio is not responsible for transit delays caused by courier partners, postal services, or third-party ride-hailing parcel services, but we will assist in tracking.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• All returns, cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please ensure you review the 5-day return window and product condition criteria before requesting a return.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content included in our store catalogue—such as product images, text, logos, graphics, and designs—is the property of Opacity Studio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
