1. Delivery Options & Timelines

A. Local Delivery (Within Same City / Hyderabad)

  • Same-Day Express Delivery:
  • For quick local deliveries within the city, orders are dispatched on the same day via parcel delivery services (Ola, Uber, or Rapido Parcel—whichever is most economical at the time of booking).
  • Payment Terms: Pay at drop-off (the customer pays the delivery charge directly to the delivery rider upon receiving the parcel).
  • Standard Local Delivery (Indian Speed Post):
  • If you are not in a hurry, we can send your parcel via Indian Speed Post.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivered within 2 working days.

B. Outstation / Domestic Shipping (Other States)

  • All deliveries outside our city to other states across India are dispatched via Indian Speed Post.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivered within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Local Orders: Orders received before our daily pickup cutoff time will be dispatched the same day via express parcel service.
  • Speed Post Orders: Speed Post shipments are handed over to the postal service within 1 working day. You will receive a Speed Post tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS once dispatched.

3. Order Tracking

  • For Speed Post deliveries, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your parcel on the official India Post tracking portal.
  • For Same-Day Local Parcel deliveries (Ola, Uber, or Rapido), live trip tracking links will be shared with you on WhatsApp at the time of booking/dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address or Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your full shipping address, landmark, and active mobile number are provided accurately when placing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unreachability, re-shipping charges will apply for the second dispatch.
